The products that you can safely freeze are Penn Maid’s Shredded Cheese, String Cheese and Cream Cheese. Bar Cheese can also be frozen, but we recommend that it be cut, cubed, sliced or shredded before freezing for best results.

We do not recommend freezing Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese, Dip, Country Creamer and Fat Free Half & Half, as the texture of the items will change due to freezing.
