The Doing Dairy Right! Program, created by PENN MAID DAIRY, provides Delaware Valley elementary school teachers with a unique and fun way to help kids in grades K through 5 learn about the importance of calcium in their daily diets and discover ways to make healthy diet and lifestyle choices. This program comes at NO COST to you.

The interactive 15 minute program, presented by the PENN MAID DAIRY spokescow Queenie, awakens kids to how calcium and other healthy food choices build strong and healthy bones, bodies and minds. Students also discover how easy and delicious getting at least three servings of dairy a day can be when they enjoy free samples of Kid’s Yogurt and String Cheese at lunch time following the program.

Today, kids are bombarded with ads promoting foods and snacks that are high in fat and low in nutrition making it very hard for kids and parents alike to make nutritious, wholesome decisions at snack and mealtimes. To help carry Queenie’s important message home and remind children of what they learned in school, each student attending the program receives a special gift folder containing information for parents, coupons for free and discounted PENN MAID DAIRY products, a cool fridge magnet and pencil.
